Clement & Anna Kirby of Martham
Clement Kirby and his wife Anna Elizabeth, nee Rogers are buried in plot 13 at the Baptist graveyard at Oak Tree Close. Clement was born at Ingham to George Kirby & Sarah, nee Simpson. He married Anna on 30th November 1851 at St Mary’s Church at which time he was a blacksmith. They had three sons and three daughters between 1852 and 1869. For over 25 years before he died on 24th March 1897 Clement was a carpenter and the couple lived at the north end of Black Street.
