Plus her husband Frederick Isaiah George.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Rachel is buried in plot 5 at the Baptist graveyard at Oak Tree Close. She was born in Martham in 1845 and her parents were George Southgate Turner and Elizabeth Pratt, nee Bell. She married Frederick Isaiah George from Winterton on 25<sup>th<\/sup> January 1866 at Holy Trinity &amp; All Saints, Winterton.&nbsp; In 1891 they lived at No1 Garfield House in Repps Road but Frederick was a grocer and they moved to Winterton where for many years they ran the general stores at the Market Place there.&nbsp; They didn\u2019t have any children and Rachel died on 14<sup>th<\/sup> December 1914.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Frederick went on to marry Eliza Elizabeth Aims in 1916 and he died in 1930 in Great Yarmouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Rachel\u2019s sister Mary is buried next to her in grave number 6 with her husband Alfred John Brunson.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Plot-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5486\" width=\"318\" height=\"472\" srcset=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Plot-5.jpg 688w, http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Plot-5-202x300.jpg 202w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 318px) 85vw, 318px\" \/><figcaption>Plot 5<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><a class=\"maxbutton-22 maxbutton maxbutton-back-to-people\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=369\"><span class='mb-text'>Back to People<\/span><\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rachel George, nee Turner, of Martham.
