When the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=1219\">Methodists <\/a><\/em>moved to their existing larger church on <a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=4111\"><em>Repps Road<\/em><\/a> in 1881 the Reverend George Merriman bought the old building to use as a church meeting room and it subsequently became the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=11514\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Oddfellows Hall.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Black-Street-footpath-No11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12658\" width=\"318\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Black-Street-footpath-No11.jpg 920w, http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Black-Street-footpath-No11-270x300.jpg 270w, http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Black-Street-footpath-No11-768x855.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 318px) 85vw, 318px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Start of the footpath at the Black Street end next to Oddfellows Hall<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">At the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=5792\">White Street<\/a><\/em> end the footpath emerges between the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=7382\">Village Hall<\/a><\/em> and the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/marthamnorfolk.co.uk\/?page_id=1217\">Baptist Church<\/a><\/em>.
